Responsibilities
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support to achieve successful execution of the organisations capability Framework and Talent & Culture objectives.
- Consult & Influence to creating Passion and Commitment for the business.
- Aids FZ HRM’s to Aligning Strategy, Structure and Culture in their organizations.
- Responsible for the oversight of system projects and supporting franchisees through the provision of tools, systems and processes with their people capability requirements on:

Qualifications
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- A relevant completed tertiary qualification – preferred major in social sciences or business-related discipline.
- Minimum 10-15 years Human Resource Management experience.
- Experience in retail/FMCG, service and/ or multi-outlet industry highly regarded.
- Middle management level experience in Human Resource Development or sound generalist experience.
- Excellent understanding of HR best practice.
- Experience of performance management and working within defined policies and procedures.
- Good communication/interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to multi-task.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Professional and approachable.
- Operational HR Expert.
