A reputable client in the FMCG industry is looking for an HRBP Franchise.

Responsibilities

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

     

    • Support to achieve successful execution of the organisations capability Framework and Talent & Culture objectives.
    • Consult & Influence to creating Passion and Commitment for the business.
    • Aids FZ HRM’s to Aligning Strategy, Structure and Culture in their organizations.
    • Responsible for the oversight of system projects and supporting franchisees through the provision of tools, systems and processes with their people capability requirements on:
        • Training & Development.
        • Engagement & Retention.

    Qualifications

    Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

      • A relevant completed tertiary qualification – preferred major in social sciences or business-related discipline.
      • Minimum 10-15 years Human Resource Management experience.
      • Experience in retail/FMCG, service and/ or multi-outlet industry highly regarded.
      • Middle management level experience in Human Resource Development or sound generalist experience.
      • Excellent understanding of HR best practice.
      • Experience of performance management and working within defined policies and procedures.
      • Good communication/interpersonal skills.
      • Excellent organisational skills and ability to multi-task.
      • Excellent customer service skills.
      • Professional and approachable.
      • Operational HR Expert.
