Responsibilities
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Attracts talent into the restaurants.
- Drives engagement through various Development & Culture activities.
- Credible Partnership that enables.
- Manage & Leads teams.
- Solve for restaurant talent, structures, performance, culture, engagement and transformation, consistently across stores, with initiatives that support the Equity business yearly AOP’s.
- Talent Acquisition & Development Decision.
- G&A costs expenditure decisions.
- Performance Decisions.
- Enhance and/or modify existing processes and systems.
Qualifications
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- A relevant completed tertiary qualification – preferred major in a business-related discipline, HR or Social Sciences.
- Minimum 6-8 years Human Resource Management experience, managing an HR team and a multi-site team.
- Experience in retail/FMCG, service and/ or multi-outlet industry highly regarded.
- Middle management level experience in Human Resource Development.
- Strong and articulate communicator.
- Sound business acumen.
- Sound relationship building ability.
- Ability to motivate and inspire people to get the best out of them.
