A reputable client in the FMCG industry is looking for an HRBP Equity.

Johannesburg, South Africa

Responsibilities

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Attracts talent into the restaurants.
  • Drives engagement through various Development & Culture activities.
  • Credible Partnership that enables.
  • Manage & Leads teams.
  • Solve for restaurant talent, structures, performance, culture, engagement and transformation, consistently across stores, with initiatives that support the Equity business yearly AOP’s.
  • Talent Acquisition & Development Decision.
  • G&A costs expenditure decisions.
  • Performance Decisions.
  • Enhance and/or modify existing processes and systems.
  •  

Qualifications

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • A relevant completed tertiary qualification – preferred major in a business-related discipline, HR or Social Sciences.
  • Minimum 6-8 years Human Resource Management experience, managing an HR team and a multi-site team.
  • Experience in retail/FMCG, service and/ or multi-outlet industry highly regarded.
  • Middle management level experience in Human Resource Development.
  • Strong and articulate communicator.
  • Sound business acumen.
  • Sound relationship building ability.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire people to get the best out of them.
